These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made through the Ruby Witch Printables website.
Ruby Witch Printables specialises in digital products including printable planners, journals, calendars, worksheets, wall art, illustrations, clipart, digital wallpapers and other downloadable creative files.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions before completing the purchase.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to digital products purchased directly through the Ruby Witch Printables website.
They apply to consumers purchasing products for their own personal use unless specific written conditions state otherwise.

3. Digital Products
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, all products sold through Ruby Witch Printables are digital products.
No physical product will be shipped.

- printable artwork;

4. Product Information
Ruby Witch Printables makes reasonable efforts to describe each digital product accurately.
Customers should review the complete product description before placing an order, including:
- the number of files or pages included;
- file formats;
- dimensions and page sizes;
- resolution where applicable;
- intended use;
- licensing information;
- software or device requirements where relevant.
Preview images may be displayed in mockups, frames, devices, notebooks or styled settings for presentation purposes. Props, frames, devices and physical objects shown in preview photographs are not included with digital products unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Compatibility and Technical Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their device, software and printer, where applicable, can open and use the file formats stated in the product description.
Common formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG and ZIP require compatible software or applications.
Printed colours, scale and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen, printer, paper, ink, colour settings and printing service.
These normal variations do not affect the customer's statutory rights where the digital product itself does not conform to the contract.
6. Prices
Product prices are those displayed on the website at the time the customer places the order.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Any applicable taxes are handled according to the seller's tax status and applicable legislation.
Ruby Witch Printables reserves the right to change prices at any time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been validly placed and paid.
7. Placing an Order
Before confirming an order, the customer has the opportunity to review the selected products and total price and to correct any input errors.
By submitting an order requiring payment, the customer confirms their intention to purchase the selected digital product or products.
After successful submission of the order, an electronic order confirmation is provided without undue delay.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate information during checkout.
8. Payment
Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Ruby Witch Printables currently uses Stripe for online payment processing.
Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored in full by Ruby Witch Printables.
An order may not be supplied where payment is refused, cancelled or cannot be authorised.
9. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are normally supplied electronically after successful payment.
Access may be provided through a download page, customer account, order confirmation page, email download link or another electronic delivery method indicated during checkout.
No postal delivery is made for digital-only products.

10. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Digital Delivery
Consumers entering into a distance contract may normally benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
Ruby Witch Printables products are digital content supplied without a physical medium.
Where the customer expressly requests and consents to the immediate supply of paid digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost when supply begins, and the legally required confirmation is provided, the customer will no longer be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to that digital content once supply has begun.
Where the legal conditions for loss of the withdrawal right have not been satisfied, any withdrawal right provided by applicable law remains available.
Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory right of withdrawal that the customer retains under applicable consumer law.
Online Withdrawal Functionality
Where the customer has a statutory right of withdrawal, Ruby Witch Printables provides or will provide the electronic withdrawal functionality required by applicable French consumer law.
This functionality is intended to allow an eligible customer to submit a withdrawal request electronically and receive confirmation of that request on a durable medium.

11. Refunds
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, voluntary refunds are generally not offered after digital content has been supplied, except where required by applicable law.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, inaccessible or non-conforming digital content.
If a download is corrupted, incomplete, missing or materially different from the purchased product, the customer should contact Ruby Witch Printables so that the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.

12. Statutory Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content under French consumer law.
For digital content supplied in a single operation, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity existing at the time of supply and appearing within two years from supply.
During the legally applicable evidential period, the consumer is required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity rather than the exact date on which it appeared.
Where required for conformity, the seller is also responsible for providing necessary updates in accordance with applicable law.
If the digital content does not conform, the consumer may request that it be brought into conformity without charge, without unjustified delay and without major inconvenience.
In circumstances provided by law, the consumer may instead obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and reimbursement.
These statutory rights apply independently of any commercial policy offered by Ruby Witch Printables.

13. Guarantee Against Hidden Defects
Where applicable, the customer may also benefit from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.
The applicable rights and remedies are those provided by mandatory law and are not limited by these Terms and Conditions.
14. Technical Problems
If a purchased file cannot be downloaded, is corrupted, is missing from the order or does not correspond to the product purchased, the customer should contact Ruby Witch Printables.

- where useful, a screenshot or error message.
Ruby Witch Printables will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate technical problems.
15. License and Permitted Use
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership to the customer.
Unless a product page expressly provides different licensing terms, products are supplied under the Ruby Witch Printables Personal Use License.
The customer may not resell, redistribute, share or commercially exploit the original files or individual design elements unless a specific commercial license expressly permits such use.

16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, artwork, illustrations, layouts, designs, written material, printable products, graphics and other original content available through Ruby Witch Printables remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Customers acquire a right to use purchased files according to the applicable license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
17. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees:
- to provide accurate information when placing an order;
- not to obtain or use products fraudulently;
- to respect the applicable product license;
- not to distribute purchased files unlawfully;
- to use suitable software and devices for the listed file formats.
18. Liability
Ruby Witch Printables is responsible for performing its contractual and statutory obligations in accordance with applicable law.
Ruby Witch Printables cannot be held responsible for problems resulting solely from equipment, software, printer settings, internet connection or other systems controlled by the customer, provided that the supplied digital content itself conforms to the contract.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
19. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Ruby Witch Printables will not be responsible for a delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where such an event temporarily prevents delivery, reasonable steps will be taken to restore access or provide an appropriate solution.

23. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Where the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protections applicable to them under relevant law.
24. Dispute Resolution
The parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before commencing court proceedings.

If no amicable solution can be reached, disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law.
